Return Policy for Versatile Marine
Definition
A "return" is defined as the process of the Buyer returning an item purchased from Versatile Marine (VM). Returns may be initiated in the following situations:

The item was defective.

The item was damaged during shipping.

Products were missing.
-
The wrong item was sent by Versatile Marine.
-
The item was not as described in the listing.
We encourage Buyers to thoroughly review product listings before making a purchase decision. If a Buyer orders the wrong item, they will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Return Eligibility

Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted.

Items must be in pristine, resalable condition with all seals intact and packaging unmarked.

Returns for damaged, used, or incomplete items will not be accepted.

Returns are allowed only if the item received by the Buyer is not as described in the product listing.
Return Process

To initiate a return, the Buyer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Versatile Marine.

Once an RMA is issued, the correct return address will be provided.

Buyers must ship the items back at their own cost, which is non-refundable. Any such costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged items are not returnable.

If the carrier delivering the returned items does not allow the contents to be inspected prior to signing the Proof of Delivery (POD), we will sign as “unchecked.” In such cases, if the goods are found to be damaged or not as stated, no refund or replacement will be issued. The Buyer will be requested to collect the goods at their own cost.
Inspection and Decision

Upon receiving the returned item, Versatile Marine will inspect the condition of the product.

Acceptance, rejection, or issuance of credit will be at the sole discretion of Versatile Marine.

For damaged items, the Buyer must retain all packaging until instructed otherwise by Versatile Marine. Buyers are required to cooperate with any investigations conducted by the logistics carrier.
Refund Policy

Once a return is accepted, the Buyer must return the item according to the instructions provided in the RMA.

It may take up to 25 days for the returned item to reach us. Once received, refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours after inspection.

For defective or damaged items that cannot be repaired or replaced, Versatile Marine will issue a refund.

Refunds will only be authorized by a Versatile Marine Customer Care Executive after verifying the returned item.
