Shipping Policy for Versatile Marine
Logistics Partners
Our primary logistics partners are DHL and FedEx, renowned for their extensive delivery networks and time-definite solutions to over 200 countries and territories worldwide. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your shipment and may occasionally use alternative carriers for logistical or operational reasons.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are visible at checkout and apply to the Buyer based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the order.
Processing and Delivery
Orders containing in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm IST. Payments must be received within 7 days of placing an order; otherwise, the order may be canceled, and items made available to other buyers. For urgent deliveries, please contact us to confirm availability and expedited shipping options. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with tracking information. Estimated delivery time is approximately 10-12 working days after dispatch.
Packaging

Packages Up to 40 kg: Packed in corrugated boxes unless the item is delicate or fragile.

Packages Above 40 kg: Packed in heat-treated lumber per logistics norms.
Express Delivery
Understanding the impact of equipment breakdowns, we offer worldwide express delivery for all our products through our network of partner warehouses and distribution centers, ensuring efficient service globally.
Customer-Arranged Shipping
If you prefer to use your own shipping company, please contact our sales team with your account details and desired shipping service. Note that packing and handling charges may apply. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit when using your own shipping arrangements; any issues must be resolved directly with your chosen shipping company.
Import Customs Charges
International customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, customs broker fees, or other fees upon entry to the destination country. We cannot calculate these fees; please consult your local government authorities for estimates. Customers must monitor their incoming shipments and provide any required information to customs. Failure to clear customs or refusal of shipment may result in forfeiture of the goods without refund.
Combined Shipping
At our discretion, multiple items purchased may be combined into single or separate packages.
Domestic Buyers (Within India)
An 18% GST will be applied to items purchased within India.
